Ryan Flournoy has turned an unconventional path into a promising NFL story. Selected by the Dallas Cowboys in the sixth round of the 2024 NFL Draft out of Southeast Missouri State, the 6-foot-1 receiver entered the league with plenty to prove after coming from an FCS program. He gradually earned his opportunity through practice-squad development and steady improvement.
His second NFL season marked a major step forward. Flournoy appeared in all 16 games in 2025 and finished with 40 receptions for 475 yards and four touchdowns, averaging 11.9 yards per catch. He also posted his first 100-yard receiving game against Detroit, catching nine passes for 115 yards and a touchdown.
The Ryan Flournoy Jersey represents the progression of a young receiver who has steadily earned greater trust in Dallas. Entering 2026, Flournoy has moved from competing simply to make the roster to being listed as the Cowboys’ third wide receiver on the unofficial depth chart. His growth, confidence, and ability to create opportunities after the catch make this a fitting choice for fans following the next stage of his Dallas career.
